Keynote by Sh. Bhaskar Rao, IPS – The former Police Commissioner of Bengaluru shared his experiences and highlighted the growing presence of women in law enforcement and private security. He proudly reflected on appointing 12 women DCPs during his tenure, reinforcing his advocacy for gender diversity in leadership.

Keynote by Mr. Rajan Luthra, Head Special Projects, Chairman’s Office, RIL – In his session, Asset Protection 101 – From D5 to A3, Mr. Luthra outlined strategic approaches for loss prevention and risk mitigation in today’s evolving security landscape.
