SIS India buys 51% stake in Uniq Detective

Security and Intelligence Services (SIS) has on December 14 signed definitive agreements to acquire initially 51 percent shareholding in Uniq Detective and Security Services. SIS will pay an interim consideration of Rs 51 crore for the 51 percent upfront equity. The final purchase consideration for the upfront 51 percent will be calculated based on the EBITDA achieved in FY19. The said acquisition doesn’t require any governmental or regulatory approvals.

The is going to acquire 51 percent shareholding right now and the balance shares would be acquired in Year 2020 thus enabling SIS to reach 100% shareholding. At 09:23 hrs Security & Intelligence Services India was quoting at Rs 783.05, up Rs 18.00, or 2.35 percent
