International Society of Automation (ISA) recognized Honeywell Security and Fire (HSF) for presenting the ‘best paper and presentation’ on the latest trends in fire and gas safety, at the Petroleum and Power Automation meet, 2016.
The HSF show and tell session on its fire and security offerings, and the demonstration of the Honeywell fire and gas controller HS81, and PTZ explosion-proof camera, enabled it to win from among 22 leading industry automation brands including Siemens, Yokogawa, and Bechtel.
Following the recognition, government PSUs, power and petroleum consultancies, and global brands like Engineers India Limited, National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC), Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), and Yokogawa, have invited Honeywell to conduct workshops on fire and security, clearly placing Honeywell in a position of strength in the security and fire industry.
