Hikvision participated in the one day seminar organised by the Fire & Security Association of India (FSAI ) on “Fire and Security Technology in Evolution and Latest trends in Hotels” in Jaipur on 13 October, 2017. The chief guest at the seminar was Dr. Ashok Lahoty, Mayor, Jaipur Municipal Corporation.
This event was an FSAI initiative to bring all the stakeholders from the Hospitality Industry under one roof and discuss Fire and Life Safety. There were two panel discussions by eminent panelists, which were moderated by Pankaj Dharkar, National President, FSAI, and Garry Singh, President IIRIS and Chairman – FSAI Security Committee.
“We thank FSAI for organizing a Hospitality Industry specific seminar with thought provoking discussions on fire and security technology trends for hotels. We had a good platform to exchange ideas with some of the leading consultants and stakeholders. We showcased Hikvision Surveillance and Security solutions and technological innovations like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Deep Learning,” said Ashish P. Dhakan, MD & CEO, Prama Hikvision India Pvt. Ltd.
At the seminar a special presentation was given by Ashish Gujarathi, Product Manager, Prama Hikvision on the topic “Artificial Intelligence”. He also participated in a panel discussion on “Assessing the Risk and Threats and incorporating them in design”. In another panel discussion Chander Prakash Mittal, Vertical Head – Hospitality, Leisure and Stadium, at Prama Hikvision shared his views on “Effective Integration of Active & Passive Security Solutions in Hotels”.
At this FSAI event, Hikvision showcased surveillance and security products and solutions related to the Hospitality Sector. The innovative products featured at the Hikvision booth included Blazer Pro, Smart NVR, 8MP Camera, PanoVu, Fisheye and ANPR Cameras.
