Dahua Technology, a leading solution provider in the global video surveillance industry, has announced the start of official operations in India by opening its first subsidiary in Gurgaon on June 5th, followed by organizing six roadshows in the country across six major cities from June 6th to June 21st. On June 5th, Dahua organized a grand opening ceremony in Gurgaon, a boom town about 20km away from New Delhi and a national financial and technology hub. Dahua Vice President and General Manager of Overseas Business, Mr. Michael Chen, attended the ceremony and performed the cutting of the inaugural ribbon and lightning the ceremonial lamp. With its subsidiary now open, Dahua India will support regional customers by providing fast, localized marketing and sales services as well as technical support from product experts.
In celebration of the establishment of Dahua India, and to affirm its new presence in the region, Dahua organized six roadshows in New Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Kolkata from June 6th to the 21st. The roadshows attracted more than 3000 participants and received tremendous response. The shows were held in association with Aditya Infotech Ltd (AIL) – the technology arm of Aditya Group delivering technology driven security solutions.
“The main objectives are to create awareness of the company’s advent in India and to demonstrate its technological prowess in the security sphere by providing an attractive and enjoyable viewing and ‘hands-on’ experience of its products”, said Mr. Michael Chen after lighting the traditional lamp and unveiling his company’s broad vision at Maurya Hotel in New Delhi where the roadshow kicked off its initial promotional campaign.
In all six cities, Dahua showcased its Smart Building, Smart Public Transportation, Smart City and other solutions and products. It also unveiled new transmission, display, video conferencing, and machine vision product lines. In addition, it highlighted salient features in its patented HDCVI and IP Solutions. Prospective customers and security conscious people who attended the roadshows were excited at the innovative solutions Dahua had to offer.
