Mr. Kiren Rijiju, the Union Minister of State for Home Affairs of India has agreed to address the Private Security Industry at the Private Security Industry Conclave (PSIC) 2014 themed “Policy Change for a Sustainable Future” on 1st November 2014. The conclave will debate key issues impacting the Rs. 35,000 Crores Industry! The three main areas of discussion shall be the PSAR Act, Arms Licenses’ for private security personnel and the recognition of security guards as Skilled Workers
